Are these the same hearing aids I'd get at a clinic?
Yes. The devices we work with are the same clinical-grade technology prescribed by audiologists — not over-the-counter amplifiers. The fitting is also performed by a licensed audiologist.
How does a remote fitting actually work?
You and a licensed audiologist connect by video. They configure your devices to your specific profile and make real-time adjustments until the sound is right. Most fittings take 45–60 minutes.
What if I want to return them?
